We work at the intersection of Pharma, Lifestyle, and AI — three sectors where good strategic thinking is scarce and the cost of a bad decision is high. Every module we ship starts from a real decision someone had to make, not a theory about how decisions should work.

Worked across major therapeutic areas and geographies to develop pre-launch (early asset) strategy, brand and market analytics, GTM strategy, data insights, market research, SFE (incentive compensation), and competitive intelligence.
